Speaker 1: Talk about a memorable voting experience or your first time voting.
Speaker 2: I remember the first time I voted it was in 1972, I believe, when I was 18, and I grew up a Democrat, and my family was all Democrats, but I voted for Richard Nixon because he canceled the draft in the Vietnam War, and I did not want to go to war. So, I was really happy, but I never told my family I voted Republican. They might have disowned me at that time. (Laughs) So, that's memorable.
