4th of July Parade in Weirton, West Virginia

Weirton, West Virginia

Story Narrative:

"My favorite memories of living in Weirton, West Virginia, are the 4th of July parades, and people walk up and down the sidewalks and find a place to stand or sit to watch the parades, and sometimes run across the street to talk to their friends while the parade was going on and wave to the people on the floats and sometimes politicians come along and shake hands and sometimes you get to say hello to your United States senator or governor or whoever, and stop in the store and get a flag and wave the flag at the floats for 4th of July and run across to the public library if it was open and do whatever you needed to do there. It's just a nice town. They have a 4th of July parade."
